10-16-15 Working My Ass Off

I had a solid day of training today.  I did one hour of cardio and weights in the morning.  After that I ran 12 miles on the San Joaquin River trail.

After that I went to work.

After I got home from work, I rode my bike and lifted weights.

On my bike I rode for 8 mins at a medium pace, and then 2 more mins at a much faster pace. After doing 3 of these I was ready to jump off the bike, but I still made my 6 rep goal.

After getting done on the bike a lifted weights for about 30 mins.

I'm pretty physically exhausted. I'm falling asleep while I'm typing this, so I should get to sleep.
