SWOLA 66

Finished SWOLA 66 the other day.  I really liked the drums on this one.  I did 4 guitar tracks, 2 using a whammy effect and 2 using a wah pedal. I also recorded 2 bass tracks.  Most of the heaviness of the tone is from the bass guitar.

Acoustic 001

I've never made it a point to write an acoustic song before.  I've written a lot of songs on this guitar, but they were always intended to be played on my electric guitars with a lot of distortion.  I've been writing a lot again... a lot of heavier music, and I decided I need to make it a point to write something different than what I normally do.  I started putting this song together a few weeks ago.  I actually have lyrics completely written for it, but I know for a fact that I am not a singer so I'm not going to try to record myself doing any type of singing... maybe some yelling, but not any real singing.
