I started my morning off doing a track workout with the 50k training group I'm leading. We did an 800 meter warm up, 8 × 800 meter repeats, and then an 800 meter cool down.
After our track workout was done I went home and jumped rope for 30 mins. When I was done jumping rope I lifted weights for 30 mins.
Tomorrow I plan on doing a high mileage workout. I'm pacing the 2 Cities Marathon on November 1st so I need to ramp up my mileage this week. I also hope getting I. Some high mileage workouts this week will help me make weight next weekend.
