I thought it might be interesting to post my daily workouts that will lead up to the Jiu Jitsu U.S. Open... so here we go.
Today I started with a high intensity interval training (h.i.i.t.) workout.
45 sec jump squats 15 sec rest
45 sec high knee jumps 15 sec rest
45 sec squats 15 sec rest
45 sec mountain climbers 15 sec rest
3 sets
After that I did 5 sets of with a 4 min rest between pushups.
78, 32, 26, 20, 18
After I dropped my kids off at school I managed to get in one hour on my bike trainer and log 25 miles, and I finished that off with 30 mins of jumping rope.
