We got the new mat installed Sunday night, and we broke it in early Monday morning.  We aren't done yet fixing up the new gym, but we are making a lot of progress.

I did this recording a little different.  I usually record two guitar tacks and 2 bass tracks.  The tracks are usually panned one guitar and bass 80% to the right, and the other guitar and bass track panned 80% to the left.  For this recording I decided to just record one guitar and one bass track.  The tone is slightly different from the left and right channel, but the recording of the guitar and bass is mono.

From 5:00am to 6:30am I have the pleasure of helping a few friends learn the art of Jiu Jitsu.  I teach a class at my good friends school 7th Generation Jiu Jitsu.  I decided to start recording the sparing sessions and uploading them for everyone to watch later.  It's always good to see what you are actually doing.
