Nobody showed up to my first class at the gym tonight, but I needed to stick around just incase someone did.
I decided to run on the treadmill while I waited. This was my first time running on a treadmill in about 2 years. I absolutely HATE treadmills.
I didn't bring running shoes to the gym so I ran barefoot. I also don't want to waste precious miles on my shoes with a treadmill run.
Ran for 30 mins and kept the pace at 4.5mph (2.25miles total)
4 mins with the elevation at 10, then 1 min with the elevation at 15. I did 4 repeats of that. Then did 10 mins with the elevation at 15.
